World of Rynaga

Our Approach to Social Media

All this social media stuff has become a pretty big deal. Yeah, we know.

We walk a fine line between letting ourselves get distracted by social media and getting stuff done. When you're a small company, every minute counts. We check social media channels daily and post pretty much a couple times per week.

We don't get all braggy about how great we are or try to get you to "buy, buy, buy" stuff with our posts. We keep it pretty simple and light-hearted. We use social media to add to the fiction of Rynaga and give you glimpses into what's brewing with the project overall.

To us, social media is mostly about talking with others and way less about pushing marketing messages. So, let's talk – about where you're from, places you've been and compelling fiction.

Facebook

We use Facebook as a forum for communicating with our supporters about upcoming projects and our game Iconica. It's much easier than creating a custom forum. More useful too, since that's where many fellow Rynaga enthusiasts already are.

Twitter

We tweet about upcoming Iconica Game Nights, factoids about Rynaga and travel destinations. (Hey, I think we need a Rynaga Travel Agency! Well, someday.)

Admittedly we use Facebook much more, as that's where much of our audience is. But, we still try to keep our posts on Twitter going.
